Service Value Package - Price List

What we provide:

We like to offer our service as a consultation ($100 + GST) for a 1 hour meeting on site to answer any & all questions you may have, and discuss your project(s). 

We will provide a written estimate for what you should budget for, as well as a sketch (if required) from our professional perspective for the work to be completed from. If you would like to proceed with the work, we will go over the fine details & sign a contract for the work to be completed.

Doors rubbing on the floor, not hanging or closing correctly? Maybe you're looking to update the hardware with new parts such as handles or hinges? Or baseboard or casing need to be reattached? We’ve got a great service option for you! (Up to 2 hr service increments)

For just $150.00 + materials, we offer a service to take care of as many adjustments

Have drywall repairs, or something require a lick of paint? We can take care of almost any drywall repair & prime/paint projects!

We offers gutter inspection & cleaning! We’ll inspect the gutter & downspout on your home & let you know any if there are any concerns. We willing do a full gutter clean out and washout.

Rates:

1st story roof: $1 Lft

2nd story roof: $2 Lft

An on site visit with detailed checkup on the condition of your roof system. (Pictures with any concerns items list)

- Shingle condition 

- Flashing/drip-edges

- Vent-jack seal + condition

- We make sure all flashing & vent fasteners are secure & apply a new sealing coating on them to ensure a proper, water tight zone

- Two roof vent-jack install (Vent included)

- All accessible flashing fasteners

- All existing vent-jacks (up to 8 existing vents) re-nail and seal where required.

Have an accumulation of things piling up, or just unwanted items? We can provide item pickup from: seasonal yard cleanup, dump runs, metal and appliance pickup, etc.
